Our development creates future-proof products based on the latest technologies. We work with agile process models – such as Scrum and Kanban – and high quality standards. However, we are also open to innovative approaches and try out new things to make our developers’ work easier – such as the support provided by Github Copilot.

Project management & Consulting

During rollouts, we support you from start to finish with professional project coordination in the respective markets. We offer process optimization consulting and ongoing IT support for our systems. We also provide training for end users and trainers.

Rollout and Project Management

During our system rollouts, we take over the project management for the respective market, i.e. the overall coordination of the requirements definition from the development phase to the deployment of the system, including piloting.

We work with rollout partners in new markets to establish a support and rollout organization. In addition, we support the deployment of new releases in the markets.

Consulting Services

The focus of our activities is to advise our customers on process optimization from a system perspective. We provide ongoing support to ensure optimal IT support for business processes and the organization.

Training and education

We train both end users directly and “multipliers” in the sense of “train the trainer” in countries where we offer our systems through distribution partners. Traditional classroom training is supported by online training, self-service knowledge libraries, or knowledge or learning on demand. The learned content can be tested in training environments.

Hosting Services

Our number one priority is to keep your applications up, running and secure.

To achieve this, we operate platforms ranging from classic hosting infrastructure with server, storage and network virtualization to private clouds in data centers and public clouds. In the data center area, we rely on a housing model with the two providers conova communications GmbH in Salzburg and eww ITandTEL in Wels. We operate the IT infrastructure ourselves.

Support

More than 50 colleagues at Porsche Informatik are engaged in supporting our solutions and services.

The Support and Control Center is the single point of contact for our users in all markets around the world. We also monitor our most critical solutions around the clock to ensure the high availability of our services.
All IT requests – from authorization management and troubleshooting to technical questions about the systems we develop and support – are logged and resolved directly or escalated to the appropriate department. Dedicated infrastructure and software solutions teams are available to assist our users with any challenges.
