Our Support helps 20.000 users in Austria and 16 additional countries: in English and German we provide help in every aspect of IT.

Our central Service Desk provides First Level Support for all IT needs: from forgotten passwords to specialist questions about systems developed and supported by us.

 

For queries which cannot be handled directly by our service desk, Porsche Informatik offers second- and third-level support for infrastructure and software solutions. With 40 years of experience in Automotive IT, our support team is proficient in the entire range of our automobile solutions.

Most importantly: our employees speak the same language as our customers, they know the business and are able to quickly and flexibly respond to the wishes and problems of our partners. Salzburg provides the full competence of our IT team. Here, all developers and system experts are gathered to quickly offer support if the need arises.
