Consulting

The focus of our activities is on customer consultancy for the optimisation of car retail processes from a systems point of view.

We offer our customers the best possible continuous support in using IT to maximise their profits from using our systems. Thus we handle the deployment of system extensions as well as additional CROSS modules or features and match them to dealer-specific processes.

We also handle individual customer projects, e.g. dealer consolidations, and take care of the specific IT system requirements of the dealer. During the introduction of new releases we train dealer staff in the new functionalities and offer after-care for system migrations.

Personal attention on-site is central for all consultancy topics: the proximity to customers allows our consultants to better recognise the needs of the concerned dealer or organisation.
